    1. Our unit door sizes are approximately 7’ tall and 8’8” to 9’ wide. Our bigger unit doors, such as 12’x25’, are approximately 10 1/2’ tall and our 12’x30’ storage unit doors are 12’ tall.
  3. How much does self storage units cost?
    1. It will depend on the self storage unit size that will determine the pricing, prices start at $40/month and up.
  4. Does Milt’s Mini Storage charge a deposit or administrative fee?
    1. We do not charge deposit or administrative fees; we do offer $1 move-ins for certain units at our facilities.
  5. What type of security does Milt’s Mini Storage offer?
    1. Milt’s Mini Storage provides on-site, live-in manager, well lit, fenced, controlled gate access, perimeter alarms, and 24 hour cameras.
  6. What is Milt’s Mini Storage business hours?
    1. All locations are open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM Saturdays. We are closed Sundays and Holidays.
  7. When can I access my self storage unit?
    1. Milt’s Mini Storage gate hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.
  8. What rental agreements are available at Milt’s Mini Storage?
    1. We offer a minimum of 1 month and can continue automatically until termination is given per rental agreement.
  9. Do I need to provide my own packing supplies?

  10. Do you offer climate controlled storage units?
    1. Yes, we offer climate and humidity controlled storage units at our 3349 Keystone Drive, 2715 Chandler Rd West, 11425 P Street, 3303 N. 147th Street, and 3320 S. 60th Street locations. Coming in 2025 our 1506 Chandler Rd location.
  11. Do you offer outside parking?
    1. Yes, we offer outside parking at our 2715 Chandler Rd West location.
  12. What is required to rent a self storage unit?
    1. You must be 19 years old with a valid driver’s license or state ID, items must belong to the person signing the rental agreement.
  13. Is it best to use climate controlled storage units?
    1. It depends on the items you plan on storing. Climate controlled storage units are the best for storing items like antiques, photographs, instruments, electronics, medical supplies, business items, and paintings.
