- Our unit door sizes are approximately 7’ tall and 8’8” to 9’ wide. Our bigger unit doors, such as 12’x25’, are approximately 10 1/2’ tall and our 12’x30’ storage unit doors are 12’ tall.
- How much does self storage units cost?
- It will depend on the self storage unit size that will determine the pricing, prices start at $40/month and up.
- Does Milt’s Mini Storage charge a deposit or administrative fee?
- We do not charge deposit or administrative fees; we do offer $1 move-ins for certain units at our facilities.
- What type of security does Milt’s Mini Storage offer?
- Milt’s Mini Storage provides on-site, live-in manager, well lit, fenced, controlled gate access, perimeter alarms, and 24 hour cameras.
- What is Milt’s Mini Storage business hours?
- All locations are open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM Saturdays. We are closed Sundays and Holidays.
- When can I access my self storage unit?
- Milt’s Mini Storage gate hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.
- What rental agreements are available at Milt’s Mini Storage?
- We offer a minimum of 1 month and can continue automatically until termination is given per rental agreement.
- Do I need to provide my own packing supplies?

- Do you offer climate controlled storage units?
- Yes, we offer climate and humidity controlled storage units at our 3349 Keystone Drive, 2715 Chandler Rd West, 11425 P Street, 3303 N. 147th Street, and 3320 S. 60th Street locations. Coming in 2025 our 1506 Chandler Rd location.
- Do you offer outside parking?
- Yes, we offer outside parking at our 2715 Chandler Rd West location.
- What is required to rent a self storage unit?
- You must be 19 years old with a valid driver’s license or state ID, items must belong to the person signing the rental agreement.
- Is it best to use climate controlled storage units?
- It depends on the items you plan on storing. Climate controlled storage units are the best for storing items like antiques, photographs, instruments, electronics, medical supplies, business items, and paintings.
