If you are an experienced customer service representative with the flexibility to work on an as needed basis, this may be the job for you!  Milt’s Mini Storage has 8 locations throughout the metro area with on-site live-in managers.  From time to time, these managers need a substitute to fill in for vacations, etc.; ideal for someone looking to supplement their income.

Business Hours are 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday and Saturdays 8:30 AM-12:30 PM

Job Requirements

  • Provide excellent customer service/sales skills; recommend storage solutions and assist with storage needs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn software applications
  • Proficient with a printer, scanner, and phone
  • Ability to maintain accurate records for each tenant, including Rental Agreement and all correspondence
  • General management of the office including opening and closing the main office on time
  • Maintain accuracy of daily deposits, and prepare daily or weekly reports as required by management
  • Maintain a neat, clean, safe, and secure facility by performing daily lot checks

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent/some college preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must pass a background and drug screening test
  • Minimum of 5 years customer service/sales experience
  • Energetic, outgoing, customer oriented personality
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills
