From time to time, these managers need a substitute to fill in for vacations, etc.; ideal for someone looking to supplement their income.
Business Hours are 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday and Saturdays 8:30 AM-12:30 PM
Job Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service/sales skills; recommend storage solutions and assist with storage needs
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn software applications
- Proficient with a printer, scanner, and phone
- Ability to maintain accurate records for each tenant, including Rental Agreement and all correspondence
- General management of the office including opening and closing the main office on time
- Maintain accuracy of daily deposits, and prepare daily or weekly reports as required by management
- Maintain a neat, clean, safe, and secure facility by performing daily lot checks
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent/some college preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass a background and drug screening test
- Minimum of 5 years customer service/sales experience
- Energetic, outgoing, customer oriented personality
- Strong communication, problem solving, and time management skills
- Strong computer skills
