How much does storage cost?
Size determines price. Prices can range from $29/month and up, depending on the size needed. Please view our Locations Page to see what specific sizes are available.
What type of security does Milt's Mini Storage offer?
Milt's Mini Storage provides onsite, live-in managers at all of our fenced, well lit locations. Controlled access allows each tenant to have their own unique security code for access into the facility. All locations also have perimeter alarms for after hours protection.
What are Milt's Mini Storage business hours?
All locations are open 8:30 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday and 8:30 am-12:30 pm on Saturday. Closed on Sundays and Holidays.
When can I access my unit?
Gate access hours are 6:30 am-9:00 pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
What rental agreements are available?
Rental agreements are a minimum of 1 month and continue automatically until written termination is given per rental agreement terms.
Does Milt's Mini Storage insure my items?
No. Milt's Mini Storage insures the building structures only. However, if you are interested in insuring your personal contents, ask the manager about private insurance through the Bader Insurance Company. You can also check your homeowner's or renter's policy as they may cover your stored items as well.
Does Milt's Mini Storage charge a deposit or administrative fee?
Do I need to provide my own packing supplies and locks?
You may use your own packing supplies and locks, or purchase them from any of the twelve Milt's Mini locations. To see what we provide, please see our Merchandise Page. Packing supplies and locks are not available for sale online.
Do you offer Temperature Control units?
Yes. Our 3349 Keystone Drive , 15506 Harrison Street , 3303 N. 147th Street and
3320 S. 60th Street locations have Temperature Control units.
We accept most major credit cards and checks.
